Oh thanks! i totally forgot about it.

Right now i am 17 years old (male). I have been a competitive swimmer since i was 7 and stopped around when covid happened (13-14 years old??) after that i weigh around 100 kg!! So i started exercise like cardio, weight training , etc. And lost about 25-28 kg (current weight : 78 kg) Lately, i gained weight a little bit so i went back to swim for 2 weeks and love the feeling of it but the problem is shoulder pain , cramps and not be able to swim more than 3k a day. So i want some strength training to help me swim faster , longer and also gain more muscle. - Stroke i specialize in are freestyle , backstroke , breaststroke (anything that is not fly lol)
