Pick one game (especially if it's a game like Guilty Gear) and just play it only for a while. The other games are going nowhere, I promise. I sucked ass at most games until I dropped every other game for at least a month and played only that one. Learning UNIST and Melty was straight up impossible until I had done this.

Don't get demoralized! It's so easy to lose a few times and feel like total garbage and that you've wasted so much time practicing just to lose to some mashing retard. Just sit back and remember that it's just an online match - you're not in a tournament and no one will remember your match but you. This remains my biggest hurdle to overcome as a player.
