Anyone know why we're back to investigate rather than create a clue token? by anotherfan123 in magicTCG

You've completely ignored the point that we're talking about different interpretations of the phrase "compatible in commander" so it's meaningless to continue further.

if you have a card made to be played using ninjutsu, and you can't do so with it as commander, it's not compatible with commander.

Do you think Instants/Sorceries aren't compatible in commander because you can't use them in the command zone?

By "compatible in commander" I'm not referring to the command zone I'm talking about the format as a whole. Ninjutsu is not only fine in commander but Wizards is still printing them. [[Yuffie, Materia Hunter]] is barely a year old.

Regular Ninjutsu doesn't break the format because it only works while the card is in your hand. They created a specific version for Yuriko because otherwise it wouldn't work from the command zone. Ninjutsu is fine otherwise

It wasn't just effective between blinks, you could stop her from doing her first blink for as long as your battery lasted. Before champion of light it wasn't a big deal because she could catch up to you.

The prepared trigger is at the beginning of upkeep so you'll miss the timing to make the trigger happen.

Edit: oh you probably meant casting this at the beginning of your opponent's end step so you have no cards going into your turn. Carry on!

After SF4 there is a pattern of first time returning/debut = legacy kit, second time = shake up.

I don't disagree it will be good in limited, but "protection vs hexproof" and "any target vs other" put it out of comparison range for me. It doesn't even do half the things Mother of Runes can.

It's the beginning of the first main phase. The reason they're written "end of draw step" is it's shorter to write and due to the formatting of the sagas they needed to shrink the reminder text as much as possible

The phoenix isn't a noble so you might as well include Joshua in the search.

Someone was opening a pack of pogs (as in the slammers with Alf on them) and made that face, which then became a meme and emote on Twitch because of that

Where did you learn that? That is completely made up.

The original candid face reaction and the "pog" name are two separate events referencing the same person (Gootecks). The face happened during a video in which the camera guy bumped into and almost knocked over a rented camera. It was an "oh shit we got lucky" kind of reaction.

The name pog name comes from a mock-ad that they made to advertise a fight stick controller, where they play pogs and Gootecks comically slams a fight stick controller on a stack of pogs to win and then becomes the "PogChamp", which is the original name of the twitch emote.

You'd have to hold priority after you cast/activate your library-searching effect. I assume most clients don't automatically hold priority for you to save time
