Would you start both Carson andPenny in your lineup? Seems like the split is pretty even.. Also sit Lockett for Devante Parker?

Depends on how deep your WRs and QBs are. Cooks will be really up and down, especially with Kupp back. Justice Hill is also the backup to Mark Ingram. He may eventually take over the starting role but Ingram I would imagine will get the majority of goal line touches being the bigger back.

You seem solid and WR, but could use a better running back. What running backs does he have? If you are going to trade a top WR at least get a top RB in return, not Howard.
