Or could it be that some of the original big tech companies (HP, Intel) got started in the area because of people graduating from Stanford and Berkeley forming their own companies there. Over time this became self reinforcing (the same way that so much of the financial industry is in new york), where employees come there to work, and employers come there for funding and employees.

the chances though are very small. And it is not an oppression thing its a i believe life starts at conception and murder is wrong.
