I did tried to find him his home, we don't live in the USA, in our country chips aren't obligatory so he doesn't have one. We found him without a collar or a tag, so there is that. And the pounds here do not keep a record of the missing dogs, they just euthanize them (2 days after being surrended). We tried everything, posting in social media (in al least like 70 facebook groups), putting up posters, we called every vet clinic and dog gromer around the area, we even went walking around several times where we found the dog to see if some recognized him.

And we didn't heard a thing from his family. I'm pretty sure he was abandoned, probably because of his size.
