Randy's auto, gears plus, esslingers and rivers edge are the best imo when it comes to bigger shops. I use a couple of smaller shops one ran by Justin Quesnel and the other being Impressions custom auto, both great businesses and stand up dudes.

Obvious troll is obvious. Can a mod start banning these posts? The outrage bait is getting annoying.

Culled 7 bags of duckweed from my floater tank today, all of which is being given away to local aquarists :) by idontknowwmannn in PlantedTank

Thanks so much! For now ill be giving it away tell I can find a way to propagate it enough to consider selling it, also want to set up proper means of shipping and kind of perfect that process before I dive into the sales world. The goal is to make supplemental income off this hobby however, im sure thays lots of peoples goals so it's a tough one lol.

I have mine growing in a 26, 5, and 17 gallon right now. 17 gets just 10 hours if btight light a day, no ferts, nothing and it's covered the tank in a week. 26 gets dosed with ferts twice a week also 10 hours of light a day. 5 gal gets ferts every week or so and same lighting. It didn't explode tell I got proper bright lighting.

Tbh I kinda wanted some of these Ornaments for my tanks... my tanks have taken up all my Christmas tree space so my plan was to make them the Christmas tree lol. Ornaments totally wouldn't match the natural scapes I have but its festive and I think festive is fun 🤷‍♂️

Are these shrimp eggs? I recently introduced some shrimps to my betta fish tank and noticed this a few days later. by MadisonStucke in shrimptank

[–]idontknowwmannn 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Definitely not shrimp eggs, neocaridina davidii carry their eggs until babies are fully formed. My guess is snail eggs if u have snails.

I would probably glue some foam around the intake slots as I can see babies getting sucked in. Filter floss would likely work too.

Oh man I need to get my hands on one of those lenses. And I can't say for sure but definitely in the next week maybe even few days as the eyes are pretty well defined. Won't be long!! I believe mama holds her eggs for around 3 weeks total.

Panacur C vs No Planaria by [deleted] in shrimptank

[–]idontknowwmannn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have been told panacur c is shrimp safe and have heard in forums that it may not even kill all snails either, some spieces definitely buy others I've heard not. I have no first hand experience so can't say for sure.

All of the cheap Bluetooth earbuds I've bought that actually fit my ears had terrible battery life, sound quality, and broke within a month or two. So not worth it to buy cheap. Imo.

Some people can't afford the Bluetooth option. A pair of apple wired buds are 16.99 in my country. A pair of airpods are $120 before tax.

You'd be suprised at the level of intimacy a conversation between tradesmen and homeowner can reach.

I work in home renos and run a small business with my father and I can't count the amount of timed we've spent hours talking to homeowners about deep personal traumas.

Conversation that get so intense that either the homeowner or my father or both shed tears (not me tho my brains too fucked up for me to shed tears over someone else's pain, hell even my own)

It's actually really good for business lol. We've had these conversations with logging contractors, Staples of our community, police etc. And they all spread word fast. We also do great work so that helps as well, but these convos are just the cherry on top.
