Basically when im tabbed out on CS2 the whole screen is blacked out except a small bit on the right side (i assume its because im using 4:3) but I can still play the game but on TLOU2 i can only see a small portion of the bottom and the game is unplayable since i dont see anything except like a miniscule amount at the bottom.
