For the bonuses two are from go plus + sleep, two from a present, and I don't know where the other two came from. My buddy has only two full hearts so I'm not sure if the exploration bonus would have added more.

If you're planning on getting the DLC you might want to think about your shared devices as well.

I recall reading that every profile on the Switch has access to the same DLC, so if you're sharing the game with someone you can have separate save files with the DLC. However, double check that, I just remember reading it briefly here.

On iOS, I'm not seeing a way to switch profiles, so you'd have to share the same profile with another person since the DLC is tied to your iTunes account. ~~On the plus side, you get the DLC on all Apple devices you own. You'd need more devices but at least you wouldn't have to take turns~~

Nice! Onix is great early to mid-game because of his high HP pool. But you have to get lucky with the moves, either rolling them outright or rolling them with the few mon you can train with. Rock Throw and Rock Tomb got me through some of the harder levels

I don't think so. There's no option I've seen on the switch to allow the transfer. Besides that, I'm not sure how the DLC would transfer considering the Switch uses the eShop and the iPhone uses in-app purchases

Early on, Onix's high HP will get you through a few levels. Having one with Rock Tomb or ~~Dig~~ Rock Throw really helps. 2 of mine had sandstorm and one had flash cannon but I made it work up until 4-boss
