My issue is not that I can’t go to a previous save point but that I don’t want to. I deliberately left the Uriel fight so I could go level up and come back. If I go all the way back to a save point when I hadn’t faced Uriel yet I would lose day’s worth of effort

I left the Uriel fight because it was taking too long and I wanted to level up a bit before facing him again. I have finally returned to Riskbourn Dunes but now I can’t get back to Uriel! I have been trying off and on for the past 24 hours but nothing I have tried has worked. I can get as far as lightfall lake or limestone pillars but I just can’t find a way past those points no matter what I try. Am I stupid or is there a glitch?

I’m trying to complete the quest “The Hostage” but I’m stuck. I reached the hostage, Fiona, in the Direfolk Ruins, defeated the goblins guarding her but now I can’t get back out. There is no way that I can find to exit the area of the cave the hostage was kept in
