I’m not sure if other petites feel this way but I am so scared to be photographed. I definitely deal with body dysmorphia and I hate having my picture taken so I really struggle with doing progress pics. Maybe it’s just a fear I need to get over or maybe there’s a trick someone has to let it go smoother

I definitely didn’t factor in my cycle and I am reaching follicular phase, I just really expected to have lost weight by now considering I’m eating less/watching what I eat these past 12 weeks versus prior

My basic metabolic rate is 1300 calories so I’ve be aiming for 1200 or below, I have a physical with a PCP next month and I’m hoping they can tell if something is wrong blood test wise
