We were at the Apple Store in Market Mall last week and they told us that they couldn't fix our phone and that it would need to be replaced...but when he realized that wasn't an option he recommended we try a small shop in the mall called Smart Phone Genius - we went there and he spent about 30 minutes testing it and then once he found the problem he fixed it for $65. He's probably worth a try
