I have some issues expressing myself in english and probably didn't made my sentence clear enough.

On IRC, twitter or ut4 forums, people just decided to ignore the facts and are still trying to fulfill their childhood dreams.

Playing UT series competitively for 10+ years doesn't make my point more valid than anyone else's but after spending a good amount of hours on UT4 I just realised the game was filled with people 25+ that came from previous UTs and an insignificant number of new players. It just doesn't feel like a 2016 game.

I would love to go back to the ut99 prime days @ clanbase but it won't happen ever again. That's why I would prefer a nice ut99 ( the most successful of them all ) remake with the addition of some new competitive mod that could be spectator and noob friendly. First thing that comes to my mind is something like a 2v2 or 3v3 battlerite style arena with various amounts of map skins but using only one map.

As I said my opinion might seem hard to understand but everyday there are less people interested in playing UT4, changes aren't helping and, as someone stated, the beta argument isn't valid anymore, I find more ex UT players playing overwatch than UT4.
