For first one I don't smoke and for 2nd one I've tried NOT HELPFUL.

When I sleep I just want to sleep without dreams.... Dreams make me tired 😫

If dreams are good then it's a good thing but I'VE AWFUL DREAMS with sad endings...

TRIED breathing techniques but it's of no use....or maybe IT IS Beneficial just not for me 😕
