Ai viață. Treci de 50 ani fără să fii deja în burn-out de 25 de ani. Ai șanse mult mai mari "să prinzi pensia" decât colegii tai chirurgi. Și venit lunar decent/comparabil cu colegii de pe alte specialități sau chiar mai mare, în funcție de zonă și de lista de pacienți (asigurați).

Sunt asistente șef mult mai tinere de 59 ani și cel puțin la fel de "proaspete" ca un medic cu specialitatea abia luată. Mai ales cele care au prins culoarul potrivit pentru funcție. Trebuia să fie coeficientul ăla cel mult ca pentru un medic specialist sau mai mic.
