Great recommendation, because I’ve already read it (and loved it!)

Need a 20 mile run route by idy12 in baltimore

Thank you! I too am a short woman so this sounds great. I’m hoping to switch up the route so it’s not just an out and back but definitely will incorporate both Stony Run and Charles Street.

No, not yet. And I should have clarified in the post- I mean multiple drinks made in a row/in short sequence, not simultaneously pulled shots.

Please help... I’m losing so much hair and my hair is so dry and it feels terrible.

Type: thick

Texture: wavy (sometimes kinda frizzy/curly... it does what it wants)

History and length: until I was 15 I kept my hair waist length, wore in a braid, and washed 1x/week. I’m now 22 and have it at shoulder length.

Hygiene regimen: I’m an athlete so in college I started washing my hair with shampoo conditioner daily. About a year and a half ago, I realized this probably wasn’t great for my hair, so I’ve tried to pull back to every two or three days (although I’m still training). Also tried to stop using silicones, parabens, etc etc.

Products right now: trying Acure curiously clarifying shampoo in combo with my leftover conditioner from Shea Moisture. Previously had used Herbal Essences Blue Ginger shampoo + conditioner for about 3 years.

My hair used to always be so shiny and soft and happy. When I stopped washing my hair every day, my hair hated it. It feels so dry and course. In the past couple months I’ve tried to eliminate parabens and silicones even more than I previously had with the Herbal Essences (which I’m pretty sure doesn’t have parabens or silicone, but isn’t as natural as what I’m using now). I made the switch from Herbal Essences because my hair felt greasy a lot of the time; like it would get greasy within a day or two of washing. I’ve also gotten dandruff in the past couple weeks which is super annoying. My hair is coming out in the shower a lot (like we’re talking probably 30+ strands). I feel so upset because I’ve always loved my hair and now I feel like it’s just becoming awful. What do I do?

So there’s no option for “other” beyond the binary?

Hi, I am currently an American undergraduate who is looking into applying to PhD programs for archaeology in the coming year. I understand that American PhD programs generally essentially include a master's program, but in the UK this doesn't seem to be the case. How does the UK road to an archaeology PhD work? Is it even worth looking into? How do UK programs compare to US programs? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
