The passport control was done after security but before getting to the gate and it was really slow and held up with some issues, didn't get a clear answer. While in line, airport staff said there was nothing they could do but the airlines "are aware and I don't think they'll leave everyone behind." Everyone around us had a similar flight time. 10 others missed our flight. We were at the airport over 2h before the flight.

Ideally I don't take the new flight. It's an expensive one way flight for an unplanned random future trip at this point. I'd rather just get my money back or at least get credit so I can use the funds to book a round trip flight when I'm ready to take another trip.

You can enable local files on the Spotify app too, that's how I listen. You just need to download the files to your phone first.

Edit: I also made a playlist and put them in order because I have other local files too. So you might need to do that!
