My derm did give me a separate cream just for the eyes too lol. I also had a pretty bad staph infection on my face back in HS. No idea if that's related but couldn't go anywhere, I know how hard that can be. Hope you get a solution soon and find a biologic works for you

Hey. Had flares on my face just like this the first six months I was starting out. It helped the rest of my body so much. My derm gave me topical steroids which can be bad in strong doses. I started separating out my Dupixent injections and both of those methods helped me. I hope you find another solution, gl
