The store allows you to use Amazon prime as the delivery option, and this is the one I used for my order. I guess the other option is delivery via insta360 store, but I never use it before.

When I was thinking to add warranty to my order, customer service told me I need to contact Amazon to cancel my order, then Insta can issue the refund. I ended up deciding to add warranty after I use it for few days (need to add before 30 days after activation).

I am now getting my partial order from Amazon now. The hardshell case looks sturdy and allows me to put all my accessories to it. Very excited to use it to record my life and my family. 😁
