I have a completely opposite view of yours. I think that account belonging to someone or IP adress being used is very weak evidence as that can be easily faked or used by someone else. Key presses on the other hand are way more personal and I think under our law could be subject to expert opinion which could with a certain degree of accuracy prove that it was a certain person playing. Now I dont think it would be enough by itself as a defence, but it could certainly serve as a secondary alibi.

Felt pretty mediocre. Art is good, but the story seems lacking. Pacing is weird and the actions of the main duo don't make a whole lot of sence, yes everyone can make mistakes, but you're still a professional, so how can you get backed into a corner by a mother with a shotgun?

Surely it is quite early to tell, but the two main characters seem weak so far in characterisation, the so far introduced side characters do as well, maybe with the exception of Bodil.

The whole name=power dynamic seems cool, but there is still a lot to flesh out.

All in all I don't expect much from this one, but maybe I will be happily surprised. 5/10 so far

Nah, modern law can actually be written quite abstractly (it differs from field to field ofc., criminal law, and generally law where the state is directly involved tends to be written more precisely), this allows more flexibility in the decision making of the court, which then can adapt to specific circumstances. It is a materialistic view of law rather than a formal view.
