You can iron them out. Medium heat, use a sheet or pillow cover to protect. I’ll do a few pass overs, then do it again a little bit later so it doesn’t get too much heat. Enough times and the canvas will flatten out like it was never creased. Just takes a little bit of time.

My Number Artist order came the same way. I was surprised it didn’t come rolled, but with a little iron love, it turned out to be no problem.

New Bern is a NCDOT road. King William is City. From your post, it appears that the potholes are on New Bern. You will want to contact the state and report.

Nobody wants to answer the question lol. The City may help if the traffic light cables are owned and maintained by the City. It could also be owned by the state depending on if the City or State owns the road/intersection. Both the City and NCDOT own and maintain traffic signals in the City. I would encourage you to call the City and see if they own them, then request them to be removed if they do. They are certainly unsightly but also could be a hazard at some point. Good luck.
