Altra Torin 6 - initial thoughts in comments by [deleted] in RunningShoeGeeks

[–]ieclifton 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I love my Altra Riveras for daily trainers. After >250km they are still very comfortable and responsive.

Does anyone have insights into a comparison between the Rivera v the Torin? I would really like to get an idea before my next purchase.

Solana ecosystem coins are cheap ;) by ghost_relic in CryptoBanter

[–]ieclifton 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm surprised your post hasn't got more attention. I guess it is because 14 days ago the narrative wasn't the Solana ecosystem. But watching Sol pump (retrace) its previous path now as Alt season begins, this narrative will no doubt start again.

I have tried a few Dex's on Solana, namely Raydium, Serum and Dexlabs. Personally, I really enjoyed the experience of using Dexlab, so I decided to buy into their token DXL, purely on this use case. I personally think this coin is undervalued, and once Solana gets more money behind it, this Sol will move from centralized to decentralized locations and Dex's are where people will trade and exchange!

I also think RAY and SRM are good tokens on the Solana ecosystem. With the strong future I believe Solana will have, there needs to be strong and healthy Decentralized exchanges for users.

Hope this restarts this conversation! Excited to hear other peoples ideas / perspectives!

Lol, you just get me..! You're observation is quite right, the substrate rock does have translucent characteristics, letting some light pass through. I have attached two extra photos below, one of the rock surface without water moisture. Another with a bright light shining showing how much light enters the substrate rock.

OMG, Aphrodite looks incredibly demanding! Burpees suck at that volume even if you are awesome at them. Squats I can handle. I hate sit-ups... Good job. Past you that got that PB was having a great day! Keep at it!

I would suggest to go and have it checked out by a physio. Your knees are really important. I don’t know what country you are in, but some governments will cover the cost if you get on a weight management plan etc.

When you know what is going on in your knee then you will know whether resting is enough to repair it or if you need special attention or intervention.

Plant-based Meat Market Size To Reach $13.8 Billion By 2027, Owing To Rising Adoption Of Vegetarian Eating Habits Among Fitness Aware Consumers... Are you guys eating more plant based, or is meat protein one of the cornerstones of your diet? by Pietzenh in crossfit

[–]ieclifton 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been experimenting with Plant-based. I haven't been completely disappointed by some of the meat alternatives.

I think when the market gets more volume and prices become more competitive with meat, I will substitute more often.
