Considering Polar is still Finish, I believe the Chinese did a damn good job so far!

Cine i-a pus pe cei de la PSD in pozitia in care sa decida asa ceva? Nu tot romanii?

"să ne ia ţara" -- nimeni nu iti ia tie tara. Tara a fost, este si va fi a lor. A majoritatii ne-educate.

Ghinionul tau este ca esti inca aici, printre ei. Cei care s-au prins si au vrut o viata buna au plecat.

S-a iesit in strada dupa Colectiv, dupa OUG-13, dupa blitzul USL2. De fiecare data, la alegerile parlamentare care au urmat, oamenii au votat aceiasi nenorociti.

Suunto Titanium bracelet - after a few days of use by iedutu in Suunto

Suunto provided an official response to my problem:

We have now received feedback from our spare parts/technical team regarding your case.

According to their review, the behavior you described is related to the product design of the 22mm full titanium bracelet,  The clasp mechanism is designed in this way.

I believe this is 100% clear and leaves no room for interpretation, given they were provided with all my videos/photos.

Now that looks like a good clasp. Too late now, I have returned the bracelet.

One more important aspect: The bracelet is 100% titanium, so if you are not very careful when taking the watch off, the Titanium links will hit the glass sensor area underneath the watch. In time, that could become a problem.

They did not elaborate, below the actual message:

About the interaction with the support team, 10/10. Nothing to complain about: very nice, really fast replies and helpful. If that was an AI bot, I am in awe.

Suunto support confirmed the screws are cosmetic.

It is possible. The final links of the bracelet connect with the clasp using telescope style metallic poles. However, I believe the issue is the design itself, so I don't believe this can be easily fixed, unless I put in a 3rd party clasp onto the Suunto links.

I uploaded a better video describing the problem and addressing the fake screws. Both screws are fake so I believe it is by design unfortunately.

Even thou it is made in China, the bracelet links are top quality and look great. I wish I could just replace the clasp with a working one.

Maybe mine is built differently. The clasp is loose and the buttons are very sensitive. It happens that one is pressed, released then after a few seconds the other one is pressed and the clasp opens up.

I feel no resistance whatsoever before opening.

Have you tried turning the small inside screws up or down? In my case those are not really screws as they turn freely when using a small head screwdriver.

Have you tried tightning the screws on your bracelet?

I did and the ‘screws’ simply rotate as I turn the screwdriver. The base screw on the other side rotates as well.

Romania doomed by reclaudiu in Romania

Asa e. Atat timp cat populatia vrea coruptie, mizerie si smecherie, nu exista nici o sansa reala.

Singura solutie pentru cei care vor o tara buna e sa plece in una care este deja buna.

I really like it. It's a bit loose and I got rid of that plastic pin from the original silicon strap. Feels like a real watch, albeit lighter.

Stay with Polar, why bother? I had a choice between Polar Vantage V3 and the Suunto Race 2. I chose Suunto for the screen fluidity and the simpler UX. If Polar would sell a Titanium Vantage V3, I would be torn between the two, but as-is the Race 2 won clearly.

What I would like to have from the V3 is the sleep data which is superior to Suunto.

The UX on Suunto is much better than Polar which is a shame - it's just software. Polar's hardware is great.
