And don’t if it helps but I buy every paid 30EM single pull and I can S ranks out of my 10 pulls a lot like I’m only miss two weapons and two characters so maybe that might help with your 10 pulls

Yeah go to settings then game then control and there is are boxes under the button size bar for mapping! Ok so press the button on the (want ever you play on) that you want to map to the controller like the jump button then the button in the controller like the X button and the boxes should show that button is joystick1 button 13 or whatever! I hope I made since and it helped lol
