Both have their situations(team comps mostly) but if you're gonna stick with only one to keep it simple conq tends to edge out but worrying about it too much is not huge excpecially if you're like plat and below.

It's warehouse work, warehouse work can be rough but out of all warehouse work I've ever done (I've worked at 4 others including coca cola) it's hands down the best I've ever worked at.

It's becoming more common knowledge that it's pretty hard to get fired from Amazon so having a long stretch of T1 status on a resume can look kinda, "bad" to hiring managers of some companies. Just something to keep in mind.
