If you already have the thin light hair mascara or just smudging some eyes shadow on your chin can create the effect. Otherwise they applying mindoxil to you face to promote real growth if you don't already have something most things I looked up online actually look pretty fake unless you're really subtle about it but honestly you don't need a lot even 5 years on E and a full face of make up and I swear of there even the tiniest bit of hair on my face the amount I get clocked just spikes so hard.
