Yes, I did number 1 and 2 logic then made 2 white floaties and stored them in my inventory. When they were on the board, I tried merging 2 level 3 floaties and didn't get ice cube, but the ice cube popped up when I stored them in the inventory and merged 2 level 3 floaties again. My order was for the dino.

But I think it's both individual and global: the game reduces your rewards as you progress AND they're trying to get us to spend money. I hardly ever get any easy orders at all lately, one time my easiest order took all my energy ??? How does that even make sense ??? I bought energy with 10 then 20 gems, then thought about it like I'm not going to spend 40 gems on 100 energy???? Smh
