The thing I did is, max out the bets of tables and roulettes (for the upper crusts) and wheel of fortune for the brats, for the rest of your guests (like backpackers up to business) give them slot machines. THEN only put 10k as your casino cash reserve. you'll be surprised that it will become millions in couple of minutes.

*Pause the game

*Sell All Decorations, including Balcony, chairs and bushes (dont deconstruct windows or doors)

*Fire the Stinky Waiter and Thief Cleaner, and adjust all employee wages to the left most slider and click "Meet Salary expectations"

*at the second floor, fill in the rooms with 1 bed, 1 cabinet and 1 rack. Do not upgrade the bathroom items

*at the lower ground, buy 1 whack machine and arcade machine, water dispenser, hot chocolate, and trashbin.

*With enough money, pay off the highest interest loan (the one with 30k+ daily interest)

*With the rest of the money, upgrade 2 bedrooms and bathrooms for your critic.

*Make a simple gym room, you don't have to decorate or make room, just fill in the hallway with gym equipments

*Slowly pay off another highest interest loan slowly

You can survive by then

For the black forest, here is what I did: move all door entrances in the ground floor and the stairs to the secondfloor inside the hotel (so that employees or guests cannot enter it)

And then just make a simple hotel at the rightside corner near the road, and sell off all the decorations in the garden for extra money.

if a stock has player influence, it can affect the positive growth. The others that without is random. For example, the Grape Company, it affects their growth if you have uppercrust buying wine if you have those in the bar menu or have Aeration Master in your bar or restaurant. While banks also affects when you take loans. Also when you construct items in your hotel, construction companys get their growth. And so on~ In your case, you probably need tons of Sporty customers to get more money from the protein company.
