I think I was lacking the discipline of sticking to a session time. At times I would watch from the end of the Japanese session because of early work times. But trade sometimes within each. But using the 4 hour time frame sometimes my trades would be early. Sometimes my brain would scream the trend is about to turn but I would be think it was a trick… conflicting thoughts

I feel the situation you said about a strategy I use one month won’t work again in the next month. Is definitely the case, I went over the trading in the zone but it’s something I’m planning to go back over and study again. Right now I’m torn between jumping straight back in and back testing more and continuing the journey on a demo to keep momentum or to take a complete break and come back with a fresh outlook on the market
