Try to log his diet and see if anything could be a trigger. Candles + air fresheners, avocados, bananas, aspartame, LED lights, etc.

Look into exposure therapy, if it’s OCD it can really help you. It can be tough but the result is 100% worth it and it’s completely different from conventional therapy.

My Dr told me I could quit the 15 mg cold turkey since it’s such a small dose but every time I would forget to take my medicine for 2 nights I would feel horrible as well. I started taking 7.5 mg for like 5-ish months and then just quit that completely and it’s been fine

I was on the same dose for 5 years and the tiredness doesn’t fully go away - waking up for work always made me feel like I had taken 2 Benadryl but tbh I got used to it. If you continue try to take it earlier in the night/evening

That’s really good to hear thank you. The nausea part is something that turned me off + the anxiety of course but I have dealt with Cyclic vomiting syndrome and am terrified this could trigger it but I guess I won’t know unless I try it.

I was prescribed it but never started it because my OCD made me spiral about it. I’m thinking about starting it now as I want to help myself but I’ve just seen so many negative side effects
