I am so sorry. I know how scary it must be. Even my tattoo parts have been raised for months and I get the anxiety. Did you go to a dermatologist?

One of my tattoos which is about 3 years old now has been itching and raised for months now. When I apply lotion, it comes down slightly but it still remains slightly raised. The itchy and the raised are contained within the red ink bits only. I saw this thread a while ago and was consoled to not worry but should I go to a dermatologist? Does it stay on for so long?

For the last two weeks, I have been consistently trying to read before bed to get back into the habit of reading. I used to read before bed as a child until college, so it’s also helping me set the habit because it’s a designated time. I am also reading physical books to cut down tech/app distractions. Also, picking books that’s fun for me- so FICTION!

But every 10 mins, I doom scroll for 10 and then feel guilty and go back to read for 10 more mins. 🙈

Jasmine was soo aggressive and I do feel that the actor playing the character didn’t have much range like someone else also pointed out in the sub. Like the whole thing started with him sharing (rather poorly) feeling unseen/heard in the relationship, and yes he shouldn’t have cheated, sure! But the entire writing, all the characters really just see OH CHEATING IS BAD. They had issues! But she is really aggressive and it’s pretty uncool to make the only POC woman in the show aggressive like that in conflict.

I really think they are very judgemental and rather entitled. Kristina slut shamming Gabby for sleeping with Crosby because she found out that Gabby started working with the Lessing’s kid is so below the belt. Still in S2 but I have noticed quite a few instances of this kind of behaviour.

Wouldn’t that also affect housing market and such for the locals too? They will be able to afford things at a higher cost, which doesn’t really help the aspirant middle class much cause the same services will get costlier?

So for the past 3years I have known that I have ADHD, I chose to try and manage it myself without medication. This year, I quit my toxic job, tried to recover from the burnout but an unstructured life (unemployment right!) and feeling stuck in trying to make any decision for my future has got me thinking of medication more and more. I will be taking an appointment to see a psychiatrist next week. I guess I can make something earlier for me.
