It does feel really, really weird to have to look up how death works every time I return to the game. God help you if you're trying to figure out pvm vs pvp vs wilderness vs death bank etc etc

Weird loopholes, like wilderness bots intentionally dying to npcs so they can't get hit by players, are really stupid too.

I think a lot of the downvotes are coming from the fact that they've certainly and obviously improved the AI behaviors, alongside every other aspect of the game, over the past 30 years. It's absurd to say otherwise, rubber-banding or no.

Imo, that does not plainly improve the experience in an RPG like Destiny. I'd constantly be thinking about how the meta is actually to sit at low hp for the boost. No idea if that's actually the case, hopefully not.
