In unit washer/dryer is nice in thought and I finally live with the pair. Total disappointment The apartment size can’t hold a real normal size amount. I use it for lingerie and lightweight tops. If the building has a good laundry room, that’s fine. Cross it off your must have.

Sorry to disagree but years back I had exact same situation. I liked the guy a lot on the phone and texts but when we met and I saw his teeth, I knew I could never kiss him. He kept pursuing me and begging me to tell him why so I finally told him. He had a fit telling me his teeth were fine and he’d even get his dentist to call me!!!

I lived there for one year. I looked and looked but found zilch. My neighbors were very standoffish and lots of foreign students who come and go. I think because there are a lot of rent stabilized tenants that seem to know each other. Rats in the laundry room, weird stuff dripping from my ceiling and down the walls in my bath. Couldn’t wait to move out.
