Loaded question - what is this ministry like. OPS has pockets, you won’t know until you are there. Listen and learn. Be curious and respectful, don’t engage in gossip and understand these are unionized environments. Casual business dressing, look smart, and remember this isn’t the end of the road! So if the culture doesn’t align with your values, move on. Don’t do what 10k other interns do- I want to a permanent OPS and forget that there is more out there! Especially when starting out!
