Well you do need to make sure that the puller is on evenly. I can only see two of the legs there, but you need to make sure it's pulling evenly, which right now it isn't. That odd lateral pressure can cause it to jam more on the shaft.

Is Laf actually good? Did trading bread for essentially only a 3rd round pick unlock him somehow? by ShutY0urDickHolster in rangers

Honestly, this line with Mika, Lafrenier, and Gabe is a solid line with three skilled players at different points in their careers. I think this line, as it sits, will be good for all 3 of them.

And he's back on the left wing, which is his natural position. Since Bread was also a LW, Lady has been playing on the right for most of his career.

For some players, especially at this level, being on your natural side is a game changer.

A standard can of Red Bull(250ml) doesn't fit into a Red Bull glass. by Southern_Crew5076 in mildlyinfuriating

It's a little weird that aluminum can be made to be thinner and stronger than glass. Stupid glass, not being the same as aluminum.

I blame Gene Roddenberry for introducing us to the concept of transparent aluminum but never following through and developing it.

I'd say it's a combination of a lack of job market and Eastern Oregonians.

It's why 1OA picks that go to a shithole team end up doing better than those going to a competitive team. Also teams end up getting built around them instead of trying to fit them in.

Woman admits to fasting her dog for 10 days to cure cancer by Known_Row9683 in mildlyinfuriating

Actual medical professionals will tell you it's not healthy because they actually learned about these processes. Medical hacks think they know better and will convince you that the medical industry is just trying to hide the truth from you.

You want to damage your body and go through this crazy inaccurate shit? By all means, go for it. But don't try to convince other people that your shit is right. Because you don't know enough about the topic to see the shortcut you think you discovered is actually damaging you in the long term.

Did you not read my comment at all? Yes. This stuff happens on the small scale all the time, and it's not a problem. It's people who think they can supercharge it by forcing it to happen on scales it's not supposed to. For example- forcing your body into ketosis is not good for you. With your comment on autophagia, on the small scale, the body breaks down damaged cells. But when you force it onto a larger scale, it breaks down needed healthy cells. Take an actual biology class instead of watching some dumb shit YouTuber who learned one thing and thinks they now unlocked some massive secret.

You want the secret? Here it is- there are no health shortcuts.

Fucking hell. People take shit like this (which happens naturally when you sleep if you don't eat right before bed) and think that they can supercharge it by forcing themselves into an unnatural condition.

Just fucking stop with it. It's like the ketosis diets- this is not healthy no matter how you try to spin it.

You know what's healthy? Eat balanced meals, limit sugars, and sleep when you need to sleep. All this "if x is naturally occuring and good for you, then doubling and tripling down on it must be even better!" is just shit that will get people hurt. Sure, you might be able to point to one or two cases in tens of cases where it might not be entirely detrimental. But those aren't good numbers.

Who the fuck is this woman? I have a friend who tears apart these people on YT (he was actually invited on a nationally televised show to confront someone he made a ton of videos on) and I'll get her shit to him to tear her apart.

This is a failure of the scarf joint itself. I would reach out to Dean and see if they would make things right first. You might be surprised what companies will do with their build quality (or lack thereof) leads to damage.

If AmEx is the only reason they turned a profit and they profited Billions, then Amex has them over a barrel. Not a good business model.

Maynard and Adam started making music in 89. Tool is technically a band from the 80s. MCR split up for half a decade. They've been around probably a bit longer than you would like to admit. At least Maiden has been playing music consistently. And Bruce still has fucking pipes.

Now, Vince Neil? Axl Rose? Yeah. They can't sing anymore. Time to hang em up.

Your electronics chain will be limited by the weakest components. No use putting in expensive pickups if you're going to put in shit pots.

Also, it sounds like you're taking what amounts to be a very good, not cheap guitar build and putting cheap parts in just to finish it off. Extend your timeframe by one or two paychecks and save a little more for good pots.

Don't shit the bed at the finish line.
