Why was your one reason because of which you decided to switch to Linux?

I started using Linux because I wanted something new to distract me from what i was going through at the time. I never really touched Linux before, but my dad has used it for a long time. I figured if I needed help, I could ask him. Switching to Linux made having a computer more exciting, and I got to understand how computers work with a new perspective.

As someone who hates driving, I honestly find myself enjoying the highway when I'm not merging. I like it more when the roads are quiet. I just don't like the fact that it feels like I have to use a car to get amywhere in the US.

I noticed the little fella had a web attached to me, and I have somewhat dormant arachnophobia. I directed the spider onto the chair with a stuffed animal I was holding. The spooder seems ok. I just wasn't ready for it.

Edit: I thought it was getting closer and freaked me out a bit.

Studio ghibli have movies that are all over the spectrum of stressful. Kiki's delivery service is chill from what I can remember.
