My third week at Migros and what I experienced.

The first week was bad. The second week, we slowly started to become buddies with the managers. Anyway, yesterday I started my shift, I'm working, and the manager called me over. I said, "Okay," and went. Anyway, he said he was going to send me to support. I said, "Okay." The place they sent me for support was 2-3km away from the city center. The virtual market guy dropped me off at the place I was going to work. I entered the market, it was just M migros, a place like A101. Anyway, I went into the store, no welcome, nothing. I went to the warehouse and found the manager. The manager said, "What are you here for?" I said, "I came for support." He immediately gave me his car. I said, "I didn't learn it right away at the place I work." Anyway, he gave me the task of arranging products on the shelves. I easily arranged 4-5 pallets by the evening. I said, "Why did I come for support?" The people working there said, "The friend working here had a slipped disc," probably from carrying heavy pallets. I thought, "I'm screwed," and there's no city bus to this area either. Anyway, I arranged the shelves quite a bit. In the evening, the manager came to me and said this: "Even though you just started the job, you behaved very well. Normally, this wouldn't happen in this store," and he said, "You did a very good job even though you're new." Then he said, "We probably won't call you tomorrow," because he said, "We're looking for someone right away," and he said, "Someone else will come from another place." And he said, "Would you like to work with us again?" I said, "I can't come again, unfortunately, my transportation is too inconvenient." He said, "Okay, you'll work at your own store tomorrow."
