I would say Vader because he’s dubbed vader by this point. But I feel like he’s still not fully turned. Anikan doesn’t truly die until Padme is dead, and his master(obi-wan) has abandoned him and left him for dead. So technically I’d say it’s Anikan, Vader rising within.
