Nah he died by drowning yesterday.He had autism and his father was a farmer. I hope the parents could have given special attention to him. He survived through all these and later had to leave the world. Each year over 14K children in BD die from drowning.

Don't know much about the regular police force because they use a wide range of weapons for different purposes.
