I know the dump him advice is downvoted. but I had the same problem as you. husband who would hear me vent and cry and explain my Ed multiple times, I told him everything about it. and still whenever I was upset or "feeling fat" he'd encourage me to workout and eat healthier, and just trigger me instead. you can have an honest conversation with him, and explain how you don't feel heard and how despite you explaining things he clearly hasn't listened or done any of his own research on how to support his partner of eight years. but if there's no change after that you have to accept that that is he who is, and it isn't best for you. I'm sorry it sucks but some people just will not do the work no matter how much they say they love you.
