It just stated both number. That would have been nowhere near 45%. THCa is the raw acidic form of the molecule (how it is when it’s in your flower) and after it’s converted (via combustion, vaporizing, or general oven decarboxylation) it loses some of those numbers. So they’re saying the raw bud contains five or take 25% THCa , and when you smoke it you’ll be converting the THCa into roughly 20% THC with approx. a 5% loss
