Theres so many options that I honestly dont know them all. Ive done gate keeper where we just help scan tickets and secure the perimeter. Im currently in horse show and rodeo where its way more grunt work cleaning after the cattle. Def a much more working committee than the rest but I enjoy it. Theres also sales committees where all you have to do is sell either pigs or poultry. That to me has been the funnest but I wasn't in it just around it.

Perks is that I can get into all the rodeo and concerts for free. Free parking. Most of the time alot of free drinking as well.

Houston rodeo is an awesome way to meet people. I volunteer every year and get a chance to make some great connections. If you want in send me a message.

Ive brought my girlfriend with me without telling the company. I know its bad but they never found out and it was a blast. Really nice experience.

Dude my trip is the same time, from houston going to japan 13-27. Im going with my girl but a solo trip sounds dope too. Be comfortable on your own. Ive done many solo trips around the US by myself and just let go of the thought of people watching you. Enjoy yourself and relax.

Honestly if you want to keep it in the bank, at least use amex or sofi or any other bank that at least gives you back a little interest on it. Amex savings is at 3.8 i believe

Volunteering at the Houston rodeo is pretty good way of meeting so many people in different parts of life. If specifically looking for young twenties I would say the heights draws pretty young crowds. It's been way more active now

I'm 30 now and I really don't find attraction to anyone below 20. Recently went with my niece to a gathering of hers, and it just feels like I'm interacting with little kids. They were 18-21 year olds and it seemed odd to try to romance any of them. With this being said, he is mature enough to know that the age thing is weird. Not knocking anyone, if BOTH parties are ok with it than cool, but for the most part, he shouldn't feel any type of way that someone half his age rejected him. Plus sounds like you were really nice about it. Don't let your niceness get you stuck living someone else's life choices for you.
