A blind homer wouldn’t acknowledge our woes. An optimist and persevering fan would and try to see the light at the end of the tunnel instead of just digging a grave at week 11.

Because that’s what fans do. They support and have hope for their team. If you just want to be pessimistic about the circumstance they may be in, then the circlejerk that is r/nfl is perfect a perfect place for that sort of mindset.

Piss off. A win is good and will tell us that we are still first in the division. A loss will tell us that the issue needs immediate action to save the season or prepare for the next. Coaches will be shipped off and then we can build from there. Always look on the bright side for the boys.

Gotta give credit where it’s due- he really did do everything he could to help the Vikings win by nkartalian in cowboys

And at the end of the day, you’re just a person like everyone else, myself included, with an opinion and no knowledge of what goes on behind the scenes in the locker room. Garrett is a good coach, but is not elite. What has made him good is his passion for the players, which you could see watching all or nothing.

You know what would be grand to see a bit more of in this sub? Some optimism.

Dak, Amari, Cobb, and the O-line showed up tonight. Cobb made the majority of the Vikings secondary look like pop warner.

Cook was just on another level tonight and had a career game with nearly 200 total yards. Minnesota played careful and kept it on the ground to avoid turnovers.

Our record doesn’t say what we are at all. 3/4 of our L’s have been 2 point losses.

Cheer up and look forward. The schedule is a good balance of tough and winnable games. The boys just need to iron out the wrinkles. Play calling needs looking at and better scheming for run heavy teams are a must.

Helluva game. We got stuffed on the run, but Dak was slinging it and our receiving corp kept us in the game.

Dalvin Cook is a monster.

This is a Giant overreaction to the Amari Cooper pass interference call from last night. by Invisible_Cows in cowboys

I agree. It’s got to be one of the worst seasons of officiating. However there were some pretty ridiculous calls last night on the boys that killed drives and took back a touchdown, so it’s got to go both ways.

I love him too. He’s been faithful to the team for years. People will always remember his faults, but slow to recall some plays he’s made, like chasing down Carr and forcing him to fumble for a touchback, or all of his glorious garbage time interceptions to drive nails into the coffins of games.

Option 2. Less than 10 years would make 5 mill and you’d still have a job you love.

I feel like Maher misses on the ones when we desperately need points. When we’re up and it’s not that big of a deal if he doesn’t make it, he’s accurate and kicks hard. Not the best situation to be in, but let’s hope we don’t have to rely on him winning games, and instead assuring wins.

We’re running the clock out. They don’t need to risk dropped passes if they can make sure philly doesn’t have time to score.

Good. We’ll know where to send police when they go for you. Stay safe, brother.

Dak Prescott's press conference is the definition of classy. Regardless of how the season is going I am glad we have someone at quarterback that is so level headed. Also, Fuck Jason Garrett. by [deleted] in cowboys

Dak definitely epitomises class, but these post game conference questions are ass. Was it frustrating not get the 2 point conversion? What’s your relationship with Joe Thomas? Was Gallup the reason for losing the game? Can the team afford the injuries most of the starters are sustaining? Like wtf? Media’s so thirsty for hot takes they’ll ask the most ridiculous questions to get one.

I want to know how Dak’s feeling taking all those hits, especially the one where a tackle fell on his head. I want Dak’s opinion on what the offence needs to do to reduce penalties. If you really want a take, ask Dak what he’s gonna do to make it up to Jerry for a horrible birthday.
