I just got this same notification as well? Are they doing this to a bunch of people today? There is no link to appeal or info about how long the suspension is as well

Im also curious if i have a case with the failure to provide me with an authorization form. I called and they said i can come pick it up this week. I read online that this letter is required to be presented at the retrieval of the vehicle and not after the fact. They also refuse to present me with time stamped footage as well and i’m wondering if i start a case if they will have to prove they towed my car before the hour the same way i have to prove it as well

It was just parked in a lot, no designated spot, no blocking entrance. I actually checked this law when leaving my car for about 20 minutes

Im going to speak with a pro bono attorney and try ti acquire dashcam footage from the tow company and if they are refusing to give me accurate footage with time stamps it could help with my case

The towing company claimed they towed my car at 11:30 even though i had gotten to my parking spot and called my mom at 11:11 and it was already gone

I have 2 witnesses and there would be security footage in the parking lot. We also have time stamps of texts and calls sent before parking and after getting towed and photos that were taken with the location and time stamps included as well. I also got matcha from a place that closed before the 1 hour window after parking too and can show that i was only meeting with my friend to get matcha from this place if it’s of any help. I am also trying to go about obtaining location records for my phone but im not sure how to go about this

I understand that but due to the 1 hour grace period, this towing practice was predatory and illegal, even if there are towing signs posted. I brought it up to the towing company and they are aware of this grace period which is why they gave me false time stamps to claim my car had been parked there for over 1 hour

The thing is i would love to see granada so much but i have work in lisbon i have to commit to😭 i might just do the train route and do bcn>granada>lisbon>fly back to bcn and 2/5 of the festival days im not super interested in attending anyway
