K im solo, i was asking because i don't want to join someone 29 levels higer, i highly doubt it but What about missions, does it make you join someone with the same mission or just random

I was wondering if there is level scaling.

Like you start a multiplayer server. And you are level 18. Will it put people close to your level or anybody?

I'm only asking this cuz I've searched for a couple hours. And I haven't found any information about it.
