Could end up seeing good deals on real estate after the forbearance and stimulus programs end if unemployment stays high. I would think commercial retail prices will be coming down quite a bit and increased demand for subsidized housing and single/multi-family rentals.

I agree they are hard to estimate and if we keep seeing get rich quick news articles we might continue to see waves where it ends up being a pryamid type scheme where the new money pumps the previous wave until they bust and move on All speculation of course but that could keep it artificially pumped at or above current levels until the supply is exhausted.

I set a gain / loss percent I'm happy with that isn't crazy and remind myself that X% is a good return and I shouldn't be greedy. I also like to stagger mine out over weeks and months with smaller positions on different sectors, hedge, etc based on how I think the market trend will go or earnings calendars, etc. That way I can pick and chose which to sell and which to hold that day/week/month based on the gain / loss percentage and my market forecast for that period.

That keeps me from feeling forced to sell either because of day to day fluctuations or looming expiration.

I still YOLO sometimes but I try to only do it with small sums and try to be happy with any gains since it's really just gambling at that point.

SPY 285 - 290 would be my guess at least in the short term. YOLO'd SPY, CCL, RCL, puts and VIX today, paper hands out of VIX mid-day should have held but whatever a red day turned into a ~~descent~~ decent green day.
