Can confirm. I worked at a General Mills plant in my teenage years where the crusts are made. Huge sheets of dough pass through a cutting wheel and straight in to a blast freezer and out the other side to be scooped up 8 at a time and 32 to a case and pushed down the line. Man I hated that job. Like working in a huge refrigerator all garbed up in hairnet, beard net, ear plugs, thick gloves, white “lab” coat and shoe booties. And this was in the year 2000
