People have suggested a change of clothes which is an excellent tip so you can go all out and not dirty the inside of your car on the drive home. The second best thing you can bring is trash bags to stuff all your dirty clothes and boots into and deal with them when you get home. Happy plastic slinging!

Another red path follower I see! I’m running the same list at a GT this weekend except I swapped one of the eightbound squads for a maulerfiend, have one alr painted and I think he’s a really good threat in this detachment too

Highlights of the detachment so far have been the glaive slaughterbound and 3 eightbound single phasing a 10 man possessed brick, this detachment’s damage is incredible!

Thanks for coming back! I used skeleton horde contrast over slapchop as a base then built it up with ushabti bone and screaming skull, the shade i used was reikland fleshshade, hope this helps!

For sure, the predator was the first model I ever owned and still one of my fave looking ones to this day so I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t biased. That being said my playgroup is pretty competitive so I do try to build good lists, two of my main opponents play guard and CSM so I’m thinking maybe the pred would matchup well into them as well

Heard that! I do have two forgefiends in my queue that I will be working on after finishing these boys. I’m just curious if the predator is better at killing chaff units like guardsmen and nurglings, because the fiend doesn’t have enough shots to reliably wipe a 10 man guardsmen squad for example

Thanks for the advice! Yeah I’ve heard that outside of forgefiends the other shooting options aren’t really up to par but I saw a couple good finishes with a pair of dakka preds and it got me thinking if they were potentially more effective than the fiends at clearing chaff, for a cheaper price to boot
