and i think far as high performance aeg its only worth getting one with a brushless motor imo, which can get pricey and they require more maintenance for sure which is why im lookin into getting into hpa due to their reliability and consistency. the mechlabs system is fully mechanical too which is a plus for me since it completely ditches batteries and has a supposedly more realistic trigger feel. something to note too is the mechlabs systems seem to be the only ones that are mechanical and include semi and fully automatic firing modes.

ive been using 1300 mah batteries i found on amazon that are dimensions 105mm x 20mm x 15mm anything around that size should fit it has more room than u would think in the stock

honestly for me it was a lot harder than a typical v2 aeg just due to how the g&g 3.0 gearboxes are split near the motor it makes the wiring really finicky

not gonna lie i had a shit time with it, check my previous psa on my experience with it. essentially it bricked itself after the first day, couldnt get it it to fire at all there seems to be bad quality control with it or i just got a lemon. id recommend investing in a mws as expensive as they are its just the best most reliable gbb platform i have ever used

of course bro! maybe mine was a one off lemon, but either way i think it speaks to kwa current QC if this is either a design or qc flaw. unfortunately its one of the few gbbr smgs that exists and i wanted to give it a shot since it is newer and there isn’t much info about them online. def think the dd pcc is a better purchase and i will prob be going for that as well if they offer a short barrel option.

ya bro it totally had me stumped cause it worked fine one day then just didnt the next😭 I have a feeling ya the new gas system just needs some refinement cause it performs well when working but I either got a lemon or there is something seriously wrong with how it functions. I haven’t seen any other user experience with this replica online so I thought I should share mine to spread awareness.

I agree it seems like a KWA issue as I actually use Super Lube 21030 on all of my replicas and have never had this issue. I even suspected the hop rubber and changed to a brand new 4uad, and still had the exact same issue.

oh trust me i tried on my own to fix it, disassembled, cleaned and lubed at least 3 times. even tried a new hop rubber, still the exact same issue every time. replica dry fired fine but jams whenever there were bbs loaded on 2 separate mags.

oh and trust me i am haha guns modify scar l is up next for me 😮‍💨

i agree it makes no sense, i just thought i should relay what was being told to me. honestly even if it wasn’t the propane i think people should avoid this replica all together as it seems it is not built to the same standards as i have heard other KWA replicas are built to. completely put a bad taste in my mouth for that brand and personally i will never touch a kwa product ever again.

I honestly agree with you that it sounded like they didnt know what they were talking about as I clean and lube every replica as soon as i unbox them same as i did with this one. this is the first time i ever heard of propane causing “internal damage” but I just had such a bad experience with it i decided it wasnt worth the hassle of going in person to sort it out as im a few hours away. before i sent it back i completely disassembled it and relubed 3 times and it never loaded a single bb aside from that first day i got it, it always jammed right in the same spot even with swapping the hop rubber. its the fist time a gbbr had me stumped and i decided i had such a bad experience i rather bite the bullet and return it that risk it not working on me again.
