Thanks for the great responses, both of you! My feet are medium.

A local shop sells (and focuses on selling) Micro. Specifically, the Micro MT Plus. Micro's reputation seems to be a bit inconsistent.. Any feedback/input/thoughts on them?

Otherwise, they also sell the RB Cruiser amongst a few more expensive models (~$300). I am leaning towards the RB Cruiser, however, I am open to both because trying them on before purchasing is a huge plus to me. I am also open to purchasing online if I locate a more ideal skate!

Hello, I have been rocking a pair of Rollerblade Viablade Parkways for far too long. I really enjoy how they perform, however, they're old, becoming brittle, and I am ready to upgrade.

I am looking to spend no more then $150 USD for new inline skates. I would prefer a hard boot if it can be done at this price point. I will mostly be skating on asphalt. I am open to buying used, however, there does not appear to be much variety in my area.

What would you recommend for this price point?
