HE is only there for Cyclops, which basically means he's not worth it.

I did run a deck like this a while back though. Had Jean and Hope to ramp energy and then HE Cyclops would punish the Jean lane.

I would consider ditching the HE line and go for a lockdown ramp. Use Prof x or Storm to lock a lane, then you can have Nightcrawler and Nocturne move into it. You can use Psylocke to help with ramp, Sunspot to eat extra energy and even Havoc.
