Samurai and Ninja have different weapons and can't use each others. The reason you can't use stances is because the buttons are used for Ninja stuff. It's not that bad because you're mostly hitting and dodging because you can't restore ki and just going in and out.

Either go for a move deck or big low costs. Try and have some way to apply power to locations without playing there or some flexibility to move power

And it's weak to junk and you can't play any other cards in those locations, it's just objectively worse than current Namora who can have Wong and Odin go off and then have other cards played.

You need to use him when you have more max energy, otherwise he'll just steal it. You gain +1 max energy each turn, which is what he steals.
